The location was perfect, just a short distance from the Castel Romano outlet. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking in the beautiful views of the nice park surrounding the hotel. The free Wi-Fi in our room was also a great added bonus.
We highly recommend this place to everyone. It offers enhanced comfort and quality services that truly make for a luxurious experience.

I did like hotel staff. They were very polite, helpful and warm.
The address in the website (already the hotel use the address as same) is completely wrong. We found the hotel very hard, even though I had an Italian friend with me and he always talks the hotel staff in the phone. this is my advices for traveller: If you have an Italian friend with you or your Italian is best; if you have a car; if you don't like breakfasts; if you can sleep in spite of very noisy corridor; if you like smelly bath because of not working aircondition of the bath... ok, you should choose this hotel. They have big room, and excellent staff. But that's all.

We had a fantastic stay at a comfortable hotel with pro-staff. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed a very good breakfast, with a wide variety of options. The location was convenient, only 10 minutes away from a popular outlet mall. Additionally, the hotel had ample parking and a nice park nearby.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Nice, clean, modern hotel. Remind you of "Star Trek"!Close to a1 and 9 km from Arezzo center. Ok if you bring small children. Staff was very helpful:-) Simple breakfast, but did not eat lunch or dinner there.
Breakfast should be better. More choices and less sugar!!! What is it with italians and cakes for breakfast??

It is in the center. They were flexible. We could sleep 5 persons in one room and 1 in the other although the rooms were intended for 3 persons per room.
it was a bit warm to sleep urstairs although airconditioning on maximum and the sofa bed was unconfortable.

The hotel was well placed, just a short 30-45 minute drive from the airport, which was a great convenience. The staff were very professional and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel was located just 10 minutes away from the Castel Romano outlet, which was a fantastic shopping destination.
The WiFi at the hotel was quite unreliable, especially during the evening hours. If you heavily rely on WiFi, it might be best to find an alternative solution or wake up early in the morning when it seems to be more stable.

The garden with pool. The seating in the inside bar area. The restaurant food in the evening, at least the waiters were quite pleasant!
The service at the reception not at all helpful, the staff are diffident to a point of rudeness. The fact that we ended up in a cramped room with 4 beds instead of the apartment with kitchenette that we had booked, which we just had to accept because their booking system has got it wrong. The lack of information available in the hotel regarding bus times, train times etc.. and the dismissive attitude of the staff. I do not know how they can possibly justify their 4 stars, this is not a 4 star hotel. The decoration in the room is becoming tarnished it is ready for a refit. Having to pay 4 euros for a swimming cap that they insisted on in the pool. The rip off taxis from the station 25 to 30 Euros for a 10-15 minute taxi ride. Do not arrive by train unless you know the bus time from there, it is in the middle of nowhere in St Palomba, why it is called Pomezia station is beyond me, it is an unwalkable distance away from the hotel on a busy ring road where prostitutes sit at the side of the road. The disappearing shuttle bus service that suddenly wasn't available when my son arrived a few days after ourselves, another rip off taxi fare. This hotel is definitely not one to stay at if you are visiting Rome if you are relying on public transport and if you want to have decent service. Definitely one to avoid!

We had a comfortable stay at this well-placed hotel. the staff were professional and helpful, and the breakfast provided was very good. the hotel's location was convenient, especially being only 10 minutes away from the Castel Romano outlet. Our room had a large bed and the bathroom was clean. We also enjoyed the nice park surrounding the hotel.
The WiFi was sporadic, especially in the evening, which could be inconvenient if you rely on it.

The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly. the location was convenient for us, with the outlet nearby. the room had a large bed and a nice park view.
The WiFi was terrible, it barely worked even near the reception. If you need to use the internet, don't rely on the hotel's WiFi.
